Alphonso mangoes, grown in India, are the best you can get. We went to India to taste them, to meet the farmers, to see what all the fuss was about. These are far better than any mangoes we’d had prior, and only the finest go into our gelato. It tastes like a mango…but in gelato form. That may sound obvious, but when you taste our mango gelato, you’ll know just what we mean.
